ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯತೆ: ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಭಾರತದ ನಾಗರಿಕರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು.

ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಅರ್ಹತೆ: ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮಾನ್ಯತೆ ಪಡೆದ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದಿಂದ ಯಾವುದೇ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ನಾತಕೋತ್ತರ ಪದವಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರಬೇಕು.

ವಯಸ್ಸಿನ ಮಿತಿ: ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು 18 ರಿಂದ 35 ವರ್ಷ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನವರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು. ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ವಯೋಮಿತಿ ಸಡಿಲಿಕೆ ಅನ್ವಯಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
